1. Services Provided

Ollie's Notary Service provides professional notary public services in accordance with New Jersey state law. Services include but are not limited to:

Document signing and notarization

Power of attorney notarization

Real estate document notarization

Loan signings

Mobile notary services

All services are performed in compliance with applicable state and federal laws.

2. Appointment and Scheduling

Appointments may be scheduled through our website, email, or phone. We reserve the right to:

Confirm appointment availability before finalizing

Reschedule or cancel appointments due to unforeseen circumstances

Require advance notice for mobile notary services

Cancellation Policy: Clients must provide at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

Provide valid government-issued photo identification at the time of notarization

Bring original, unsigned documents to the appointment

Ensure all signers are present and aware of the document contents

Provide accurate and truthful information

Pay all applicable fees at the time of service

4. Fees and Payment

Fees for notary services are determined in accordance with New Jersey notary fee regulations. Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept cash, credit cards, and electronic payments.

Mobile notary services may incur additional travel fees based on distance and time.

5. Refusal of Service

We reserve the right to refuse notarization services if:

The signer cannot provide valid identification

The signer appears to be acting under duress or coercion

The document is incomplete, contains blank spaces, or appears fraudulent

The signer does not appear to understand the document

The notarization would violate state or federal law

6. Limitation of Liability

Ollie's Notary Service acts solely as an impartial witness to the signing of documents. We do not:

Provide legal advice or interpret the meaning of documents

Verify the accuracy or legality of document contents

Guarantee the legal effect or enforceability of notarized documents

Our liability is limited to the notarial act itself and does not extend to the consequences of the document's use or legal validity.

7. Confidentiality

We maintain the confidentiality of all client information and documents in accordance with professional standards and applicable law. We will not disclose client information except as required by law or with explicit client consent.

8. Record Keeping

As required by New Jersey law, we maintain a journal of all notarial acts performed. These records are kept secure and may be released only as required by law or court order.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Ollie's Notary Service and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

10. Website Use

By using our website, you agree to:
